Cessily’s body is made up of a non-toxic metallic substance that allows her to take a liquid form and reconstitute into her normal form. It’s believed that she can take whatever form she pleases, so her normal form may not actually be what she looks like. As a child, Cessily’s body turned to metal which disturbed her parents, who made her stay inside to keep others from asking questions.
